Karim Fayed - Vice Chairman
On 14th March 2012, the Chairman of Fulham Football Club, Mohamed Al Fayed, announced the appointment of of his son Karim Fayed to the position of Vice Chairman. Karim was previously a Director of the Club.
Alistair Mackintosh, Chief Executive, commented: "I'm delighted that the Chairman has appointed Karim as Vice Chairman of the Football Club. He has been actively involved in all aspects of the Club over recent months, both with the Team and with the constantly growing off-field activity. This reward is an appropriate recognition of his additional contribution and support."

Alistair Mackintosh - CEO
Alistair Mackintosh joined Fulham in the summer of 2008 from Manchester City. A chartered accountant by profession, he was formerly CEO at Eastlands and over a 10-year tenure oversaw a dramatic improvement in the club’s fortunes, fanbase and global reach.
Alistair brings to Fulham energy, enthusiasm and determination, along with experience and financial acumen, which fits perfectly with the commitment of Chairman Mohamed Al Fayed and the Board in achieving both financial sustainability and independence as well as maintaining, and improving on, the club's position in the Barclays Premier League.
During his first season as Fulham's CEO, Alistair oversaw the Club's record finish in the Premier League and was at the helm as Fulham reached a first major European Final in May 2010. Alistair recently expressed his satisfaction with the on-going progress at the Club.
He said: "Since arriving at Fulham during the summer of 2008 I've seen the Club achieve a level of success that few would have imagined possible just a few years ago. Our progress as a Club, on and off the pitch, is something we should be extremely proud of. Mark Collins - Non-Executive Director
A Fulham fan for nearly 40 years, Mark Collins has enjoyed the highs and lows of the Whites’ unfolding story. Mark, who attended his first match at Craven Cottage during the 1972 season, was part of the team that facilitated the Chairman’s acquisition of the Club in 1997.
Mark also plays an important role in providing support to all of the Directors involved in the day-to-day running of Fulham.

On behalf of the Chairman, the Club, and the Barclays Premier League, Mark was appointed to the new FA Council in the summer of 2007. He was re-elected for a sixth consecutive year in June 2013 and is a member of the FA Referees' Committee, and the FA Challenge Cup Committee, to which he was appointed as Chairman, in January 2010.

Michael Cole - Non-Executive Director
Michael Cole’s varied and fascinating career has made him a sought after speaker by dining clubs and at business conferences in Britain and abroad.
Beginning his career as a journalist, in 1967, he went into television. He joined Anglia TV as a reporter, moving to the BBC 18 months later.
From 1968 until 1988, he was a television correspondent, working for the BBC in 65 countries. His work was twice honoured by the Royal Television Society, with the Best Home News Story award of 1983 and ’84.
Having hosted The Michael Cole Show - “the British Jerry Springer” - on Living TV for three seasons and nearly 100 programmes, Michael believes that there is not much that can shock or surprise him now!
In 1988, he was invited to join Harrods and the House of Fraser group. For 10 years, he was the Director of Public Affairs and worked closely with Chairman, Mohamed Al Fayed.

Dennis Turner - Non-Executive Director
A Fulham supporter since attending his first match at the Cottage in 1953, Dennis Turner has been involved with the club since 1977 and a director since 2009.
The author of several books on the Cottagers' history, he was for many years editor of the matchday magazine, has contributed regularly to Fultime magazine and is the club historian.
By profession he is an economist and was Chief Economist for a major bank in the city and had previously worked as an economist in Whitehall and for a national trade union.

Omar Fayed - Non Executive Director
Omar Fayed, the youngest son of the Chairman, has been a member of the Fulham FC Board for a number of years.
Sean O'Loughlin - Finance Director
Sean joined Fulham in 2010 from the International Tennis Federation, where he was Executive Director, Finance and Administration.
A chartered accountant, he has extensive experience in industry, having worked at PwC, Esselte, Telewest and Compass Group before joining the All England Lawn Tennis Club as Financial Controller and then subsequently the International Tennis Federation.
